Intelligence Surveillance Vehicle

By admin • June 29, 2025

In 2022, under the directive of a REDACTED program within the Indonesian Intelligence Agency, PT. Cobas Perkakas Jaya was engaged to design and deploy a next-generation tactical surveillance platform that could operate deep in the field while maintaining real-time links to national intelligence infrastructure.

The mission: create a mobile, fully integrated surveillance and data-processing system that could double as a mini command centre—stealth-capable, secure, and rapidly deployable.

🧠 An Intelligence Asset That Thinks on the Move

Built on a rugged, all-terrain platform, the Intelligence Surveillance Vehicle (ISV) combines multi-domain sensors, high-fidelity optics, signal intelligence tools, and encrypted comms—all in one highly mobile configuration.

Designed for both urban intelligence operations and remote surveillance deployments, the vehicle operates autonomously or as part of a coordinated fleet for persistent ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance).

🔍 Project Highlights

  • 🧩 Multi-Layered Intelligence Integration
SIGINT, ELINT, and OSINT tools operating in harmony—seamlessly coordinated via an onboard mission interface.
  • 🖥️ Mini Command Centre Functionality
Enclosed operator cabin equipped with dual-screen intelligence dashboards, field-reporting tools, and AI-aided data tagging.
  • 📡 Advanced Surveillance Capabilities
Long-range optics, thermal imaging, facial recognition (REDACTED), and real-time transmission back to HQ.
  • 🔐 Secure Communications Suite
Redundant, encrypted satellite uplink and local mesh networking capabilities for data sovereignty and tactical flexibility.

🔐 Built Under Strict Protocols

From hardware procurement to signal encryption layers, every element of the ISV was executed under:

  • National-level non-disclosure agreements
  • Supply chain security audits
  • Zero-trace deployment testing

All mission-specific details, payload configurations, and deployment zones remain classified.

🌐 Operational Impact

Since deployment, the ISV has been used in:

  • REDACTED domestic operations involving high-value surveillance
  • Cross-border collaboration exercises with REDACTED
  • Counterintelligence protection during VVIP movements

Feedback from field operators cited the vehicle as a “critical force multiplier”, reducing decision-making time and improving mission outcomes.

🤝 Precision. Discretion. Mobility.

When national security depends on intelligence, you need systems that are mobile, resilient, and secure.
